Run, Don’t Walk to Earps Ordinary in Fairfax, VA!
Earps Ordinary, a restaurant in Fairfax, VA, delivers a delectable menu with rich tasty food, along with offering up a 90’s atmosphere filled with music and fun.
The inside of the restaurant is decorated with exciting and eclectic posters, they even have a red guitar hanging on the wall. There was also a lot of 90’s music playing including songs from artists like Nirvana, Guns and Roses, and 4 Non Blondes.
The first thing I ordered was a starter; the crispy brussel sprouts. The brussel sprouts had an orange teriyaki glaze with pepitas and pomegranate seeds and it was so good! There was so much flavor in one bite and the brussel sprouts came with tiny lemons that tasted great.
Then we ordered our main courses, Earps smashburger with American cheese, lettuce, bacon, and special sauce, and a Nashville hot chicken sandwich with ranch pickles and tomatoes. Both came with heaping sides of shoe string fries.
The food was very rich and I definitely felt full after finishing because of the massive amounts of fries and huge sandwiches. We found that the quality of the food was great and it was definitely worth the price. The meat was cooked well and the sandwich buns were fresh and had the perfect texture.
The service was also spectacular and there was almost no wait time (probably around 10 minutes for our food!). Waiters and waitresses gave great advice on which meals to order and overall the experience with the staff was awesome.
Along with all of that, the restaurant offers music and entertainment from time to time. You can always check to see what bands are performing on the restaurant’s website to add some more fun to your dining.
Overall the experience and atmosphere at Earps Ordinary was beyond amazing; the food, service, music, and decorations were the best. I would recommend this to anyone of any age who loves a good burger and some fries! I will definitely be going back and I hope you’ll go check it out!
